The Qualities Game is a pedagogical tool that can be used to build self-esteem. It helps players to:

• develop a lexical register to talk about qualities;
• be able to speak with finesse and precision about ourselves;
• think towards the future, driven by our qualities;
• cooperate and foster a sense of belonging to the group.
